this one will be light...Got burned pretty bad today...financially.
I took my car in to get my brakes checked out; they were making that terrible squeeking sound whenever I used them. Well, parts had to be replaces, and some had to be fixed up. The list was long...oye.
By the time all was said and done, I was 500$ poorer. OUCH!
I was probably ripped off a bit, but I don't think I was hustled; I actually do know a thing or two about cars. And I must admit, when I brake now, it's much smoother, and quieter. So I guess that's something.
I'll put together something less whiny next time,
