Christians? Where?

drives me crazy...

From time to time, I come across articles like this one and they aggravate me to no end. Most of the time the "Christians" are actually Romanists, but in this case, it's Copts and Ethiopian religionists.

The problem with the article? It calls a group of wicked idolaters: "Christians". What a mess.

How can I say for sure that these aren't Christians? Simple, those who are true Christians, follow Christ (I told you it was simple); and those who follow Christ worship Him in spirit and in truth. They care nothing for idols, whether they be relics of wood and stone, or whether they be geographical locations:

"The woman saith unto him, Sir, I perceive that thou art a prophet. Our fathers worshipped in this mountain; and ye say, that in Jerusalem is the place where men ought to worship. Jesus saith unto her, Woman, believe me, the hour cometh, when ye shall neither in this mountain, nor yet at Jerusalem, worship the Father. Ye worship ye know not what: we know what we worship: for salvation is of the Jews. But the hour cometh, and now is, when the true worshippers shall worship the Father in spirit and in truth: for the Father seeketh such to worship him. God is a Spirit: and they that worship him must worship him in spirit and in truth. The woman saith unto him, I know that Messias cometh, which is called Christ: when he is come, he will tell us all things. Jesus saith unto her, I that speak unto thee am he." (John 4:19-26)

The Most Wretched Work of the Year

wish I'd never seen half of what I saw today...

Today was first and foremost: the Lord's Day.

Sadly, in the realm of the wicked, today was the Sodomite parade (aka Pride parade), the day I dread every year. It was... well... it was just about as bad, base, degrading and depraved as you can well imagine... and then some.

As is our custom, pastor Tim and I went to the "Pride parade" with our Bible signs to protest the wicked event. We stood on each side of the street, holding up God's Word, trying hard not to focus on the ungodly spectacle taking place all around us, but at the same time, keeping an eye on our immediate surroundings, for we were definitely in hostile territory. When we first arrived, a group of young people started to threaten me, saying things like:

"We should beat you up!"

"Let's get a water gun and shoot Javex at him!"

After those brilliant remarks, they started throwing drinks at me and as I tried to get away from them, another sodomite violently pushed me. What happened then was interesting. You see, what was happening to me at that moment, was exactly what those young people wanted to see happen to me: getting a beating and being humiliated. Yet, what they wished for brought them no satisfaction. Quite on the contrary, their own evil started making them uncomfortable. One of the young ladies even came up beside me and said:

"I'm sorry for what my friend did..."

Praise God for the ministry of the Holy Spirit in this fallen world! Does not the Scriptures say that the Holy Ghost would deal with sin in the unbelieving world, as well as in the believing world:

"And when he is come, he will reprove the world of sin, and of righteousness, and of judgment." (John 16:8)

Thankfully, the young people left me alone after all this, no longer finding religious persecution amusing. I also praise God that that was the only violence I suffered today. We were mocked and scorned to no end, but that's where it ended.

It was difficult to watch the young children taking part in that wicked parade, and watching the abomination from the curb. A man who was just passing by, who was clearly disgusted with the parade, said to me:

"Look, they are teaching children to be immoral like them!"

There were also "churches" involved in the parade; a "United church" and an "Anglican church" (two denominations which are, spiritually, as dead as doornails). These were marching with "Bible signs" of their own, having cherry-picked a few verses from the Bible that made it seem like the Lord blessed immorality. Of all the wicked souls in that parade, I would venture a guess that these were the most evil of the bunch; for these weren't only immoral, they blasphemed the Holy Word of God.

That, in a nutshell, was how I spent my afternoon. As I said to pastor Tim as we walked back to his place: "Well, we survived another one." I could share a lot more, but I really don't want to, and in the end, you really don't think you want any more details.

I really don't know what to do with myself after that abominable parade. I mean... do I just go back home and have a nice nap? Do I have a good lunch and go about my normal day? I guess prayer is the answer... so I'll do that right now.

Stories like this drive me so insane, I would hang everyone of those ungodly wretches that perpetrated this heinous crime, and wouldn't lose one night of sleep over it.

How absolutely horrific!

How true the Bible speaks when describing the ungodly of this world:

"And even as they did not like to retain God in their knowledge, God gave them over to a reprobate mind, to do those things which are not convenient; being filled with all unrighteousness, fornication, wickedness, covetousness, maliciousness; full of envy, murder, debate, deceit, malignity; whisperers, backbiters, haters of God, despiteful, proud, boasters, inventors of evil things, disobedient to parents, without understanding, covenantbreakers, without natural affection, implacable, unmerciful: who knowing the judgment of God, that they which commit such things are worthy of death, not only do the same, but have pleasure in them that do them." (Romans 1:28-32)

What a wonderful world! Isn't that what Louis Armstrong sang? Burying babies alive in India, the slaughter of millions of baby girls all over Asia, and the hacking of unborn infants in North America.

Indeed, what a wonderful world...

More Hypocrisy

Romanism (again):

So it would seem the "unholy father" (a.k.a the pope) has gotten himself into some hot water with the moon-god people.

As I read through the various accounts of what took place, what I found terribly sad is that for a rare moment, the pope had actually proclaimed something that was true. This is an excerpt of the pope's speech which started the Islamic firestorm:

"Show me just what Mohammed brought that was new, and there you will find things only evil and inhuman, such as his command to spread by the sword the faith he preached".

That statement, dear readers is 100% true. Islam is an evil religion. It is inhuman in that it has a terribly poor esteem for human life (you don't buy this? just remember 9/11 and the abomination which took place in Beslan). Now before you all pass out from reading that I am in agreement with a papal speech, well consider this retraction of sorts from the unholy father, which just came out:

"As for the opinion of the Byzantine emperor Manuel II Paleologus which he quoted during his Regensburg talk, the Holy Father did not mean, nor does he mean, to make that opinion his own in any way. He simply used it as a means to undertake - in an academic context, and as is evident from a complete and attentive reading of the text - certain reflections on the theme of the relationship between religion and violence in general, and to conclude with a clear and radical rejection of the religious motivation for violence, from whatever side it may come."

Interpretation: "He quoted it, but he didn't mean it."

And, in the same statement, issued by the Vatican after the pope's speech, we have this wicked nonsense:

"The position of the Pope concerning Islam is unequivocally that expressed by the conciliar document Nostra Aetate: “The Church regards with esteem also the Muslims. They adore the one God, living and subsisting in Himself; merciful and all-powerful, the Creator of heaven and earth, Who has spoken to men; they take pains to submit wholeheartedly to even His inscrutable decrees, just as Abraham, with whom the faith of Islam takes pleasure in linking itself, submitted to God. Though they do not acknowledge Jesus as God, they revere Him as a prophet. They also honor Mary, His virgin Mother; at times they even call on her with devotion. In addition, they await the day of judgment when God will render their deserts to all those who have been raised up from the dead. Finally, they value the moral life and worship God especially through prayer, almsgiving and fasting."

Interpretation: "Following Christianity or Islam... it really doesn't matter in the end... we are one big happy religious family."

The wicked nonsense.


Dawson College:

Another school shooting, another "goth". I have been told by the MSM, that there is ZERO association between the "goth" culture and violence in youth. Even Michael Moore, in his trite and shallow documentary "Bowling For Columbine", made sure to point out that there was no reason (no reason at all) to believe that just because the young men who carried out the shooting in Columbine wore trench coats, loved Marilyn Manson and everything about the "goth" culture, there was any connection between the two facts.

Warped goth culture, shock-rock/heavy metal music, violent movies and video games... nothing to do with school shootings and other forms of youth violence. That's the line anyway. Yet, when we look at the young man who carried out the shootings at Dawson College in Montreal, what do we read:

"Postings on a goth website by Kimveer Gill, the trenchcoat-wearing gunman behind the fatal shootings at Montreal's Dawson College, paint a suicidal portrait of the 25-year-old."

"In a blog on VampireFreaks.com, an online hub of goth culture, journal entries made in Gill's name speak about the hatred he feels toward society and his obsession for guns."

"He says "heavy metal rulz," and lists Natural Born Killers as his favourite movie."

"Gill describes life "as a video game, you've got to die sometime.'' He says he is a fan of the controversial and violent video game series "Postal," in which the targets are everyday human beings completing everyday errands."

"But to be more specific," he continues, he hates jocks, preps, country music, Hip Hop, "bible-thumping know-it-alls," God and "all those who oppose my rule." (CTV.ca News)

If you ever take the time to look up the profile of the Columbine killers, you will find the exact same kind of people. But hey! no reason to think there is any relation... naw... don't get paranoid now! (yes... I'm rolling my eyes right now)

I would like to think that this shooting could serve as some sort of wake-up call. That contrary to Columbine, the people of Montreal could truly realize that our godless youth are is serious trouble because THEY ARE GODLESS. But then I read this statement in the very same article I took the above quotes from:

"Jethro Berelson, who owns VampireFreaks.com, said Gill's shooting rampage should not lead the public to condemn goth culture." (CTV.ca News)

And I just KNOW, my dumb-dumb countrymen will buy this nonsense. Why? Because:

"And this is the condemnation, that light is come into the world, and men loved darkness rather than light, because their deeds were evil." (John 3:19)

Promoting Romanism to Youth

Well, it looks like Romanists and Liberal Baptists have found common ground: it would seem they both agree that there is spiritual merit in The Matrix.

I found this garbage when reading a news article on the various endeavours taken on by Romanists to win over the youth to their wickedness. In the article, they showed this image of a Romanist priest, with idols in both hands, mimicking Keannu Reeves' character in the Matrix, Neo. Actually the entire poster is comparable to several of The Matrix movie posters.

This wickedness comes as absolutely no surprise to me, but I thought I'd put together this little post for your benefit, dear readers, especially as we are considering the various false teachings of Romanism. Now some of you may be wondering: "What's your problem Rand? We know you oppose Romanism, but what specifically is the problem with this poster?" The problem, my friends, is worldliness.

We have Romanists who come to this site, I receive many e-mails, and the plea is all too often the same: "We are your brothers in Christ", they say. "We are only looking to honouring God and serving Him", they affirm. But it's all lies. I know that it's all lies because I know them, I use to be one with them. They treat me like I'm a fool, like I'm the one who doesn't understand, but sadly it is they who don't understand. The Bible says:

"Finally, brethren, whatsoever things are true, whatsoever things are honest, whatsoever things are just, whatsoever things are pure, whatsoever things are lovely, whatsoever things are of good report; if there be any virtue, and if there be any praise, think on these things." (Philippians 4:8)

"And have no fellowship with the unfruitful works of darkness, but rather reprove them." (Ephesians 5:11)

The Matrix is a wicked movie. Even by the standards of the world, The Matrix has received a R-rating for violence and coarse language, The Matrix: Reloaded has received a R-rating for violence, coarse language and sexual content, and finally The Matrix: Revolutions has received a R-rating for, yet again, violence, language and sex. Hardly "things that are just, pure, lovely and of good report", wouldn't you say? And what should a Christian do with such things? The Scriptures are clear: REPROVE THEM! Not, smooth them over by "Christianizing" it. NO! The Bible says: REPROVE.

Like con-artists, false religions have no time to stand for the Truth. Rather, they will use any means necessary to win over followers. They will use the flavour of the day, whether it be philosophy, pop culture, musical style... whatever! Anything and everything to gain an edge. Well, The Matrix most certainly is the big movie of the 21st century, and you can count on Romanism (along with a myriad of other wicked faiths) to be there to capitatalize.

Friends, judge for yourselves. Look at the fruit as Matthew 7:16-20 puts it. We fundamentalists preach the Gospel + nothing. Why? because that's what the Bible teaches (Romans 10:17). No gimmicks, no bells and whistles, no cunning and crafty speeches... just the plain, honest Word of God.

If you want Truth, find a Bible-only Christian and ask him about the Gospel of the Lord Jesus Christ. Avoid "Neo the priest", all he offers is worldliness and the end of that path is death.

Looking forward to being called "humourless" and "strict",
